caribou_genThere was a good article in the Edmonton Journal with a huge picture of our hiking group, Chiks in the Sticks. I'm slowly preparing for this hike, although I've slowed on training over the past few weeks. I'm both excited and scared about this venture into the woods with the grizzlies and the wolves. I'm more concerned about my ability to deal with the huge elevation gains and losses than the wildlife. Hopefully I'll have lots of pictures to post.
Less than two weeks until our first trip to Skoki. We'll be leaving on the 23rd.
